Display and promotion of products to consumers at various stores throughout their designated geographic area. Promoting the products should increase sales over a period of time.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Supply** - work with store and distributor to ensure supply of products for sale
- **Display** - the products at stores are arranged orderly and displayed attractively
- **Sample** - product sample is demonstrated to consumer walking into store to convince him of the product
- **Promote** - persuade the consumer to try out the product
- **Feedback** - gather feedback from consumers and inform the management
- **Queries** - effectively handle any queries or objections from the consumers
- **Promotion Materials** - use any promotion material to demonstrate to consumers
Expectations
- Handle logistics of products and promotional materials on your own
- Understand consumer behavior
- Patience and clarity while dealing with consumers
- Develop a good understanding of the product to be promoted
- Tell only facts without lying for promotion
- Not have any stigma associated with sales and promotion
**Skills**:
- Oral communication in Kannada, Tulu and English
- Comfortable with numbers
- Ability to logically explain and convince
Qualification
- Any bachelors degree with good academics
**Working Conditions**
- Work timings - 11 am to 8 pm
- Working days - 6 days a week including Sunday, Friday holiday
- Report to Sales Manager
