**About the Job**:
Birlasoft is seeking a seasoned **UKG Ready / Kronos Ready Techno Functional Consultant** with a strong background in UKG Ready to join our team.

**Kronos Ready Techno Functional Consultant**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Should have experience in UKG Ready as Technical and Functional Consultant

**Product Skills**
- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the product
- Should have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projects
- Good understanding of UKG Ready modules and hands on experience in Timekeeping, Attestation and Accruals.
- Expertise in developing Custom reports in UKG Ready.
- Must have experience in configuring, troubleshooting Clocks.
- Must have experience in migration projects and good knowledge on data migration.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams( HR) teams
- Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Should be a team player

- Consistently provide clear and concise status reporting to the project management team
