**Responsibilities**:

- As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for making Pastas, Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, Wraps, Large Plates.
- study recipes, set up menus, prepare, cook and present high-quality Continental dishes.
- Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the cafe.
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

**Requirements**:

- Minimun 2-3 years of experience in continental cuisine.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)

High school diploma is a plus but not required

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
