Roles and Responsibility
- We have a position for Manager - Sales Training role.- Trainer responsibilities include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget. To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience organizing trainings and designing the educational curriculum.- Ultimately, you will help us develop our employees’ skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.**Expectations**

Training need analysis / skills gap analyses to identify training needs per sales department, team and individual- Plan training programs based on business goals- Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources- Evaluate the results of learning courses- Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning- Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)- Driving sales training ( content, delivery support )**Sales Training Manager Job Duties**:

***- Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change.- Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives;
- Develops job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems.
- Develops managerial results by orienting new managers; conducting management training programs; providing learning resources; coaching individual managers.
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)- Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment- Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Should have experience of insurance training
- Should have knowledge of content writing
- Language - English & Kannada ( Required )
