**Key Responsibilities**:
**Train Students**:

- Provide exceptional coaching for students preparing for IELTS & SAT.
- Focus on developing both spoken and written English skills to meet the high standards of the IACG student community.

**Admissions Management**:

- Lead the admissions process with a sophisticated and high-class approach, ensuring an elite and personalized experience for prospective students and their families.
- Oversee the full admission cycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring high conversion rates in securing admissions for the Intermediate program.

**Program Development**:

- Contribute to designing and refining training materials and processes to elevate students’ success in proficiency exams.
- Develop and implement new strategies for training and admissions to meet evolving educational needs.

**Cross-Functional Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the admissions, training, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
- Lead by example in managing diverse student and parent expectations with cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) preferred.
- Fluent in English with superior written and spoken communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in English training or client service roles.
- Proven track record in achieving high admissions or sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and set measurable goals.
- Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and data for making strategic decisions.
