**Job Description: Customer Care Executive - Furniture Sales & Support**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with sales transactions.
- Handle incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our product offerings, recommending suitable furniture solutions based on their preferences and requirements.
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their purchases.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the furniture industry to better assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in chat conversations.
- Basic verbal English proficiency to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
- A genuine interest in the furniture industry and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
