Y4D Foundation works with the mission "Empowering the Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood.

As a Digital Trainer for the Cluster Village Development Project, you will be instrumental in bridging the digital divide in rural areas by imparting essential digital skills to students & teachers. Your role encompasses delivering digital training, operating smart boards, conducting awareness sessions on government schemes, and providing support to project staff. This position requires a solid understanding of digital literacy, proficiency in local languages, and the ability to effectively engage with diverse communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Training to Students & Teachers**:

- Plan and conduct digital literacy training sessions for students and teachers in village schools.
- Teach fundamental computer skills, basic software usage, and internet navigation.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages students' confidence in using digital tools.

**Smart Board Operation**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in operating smart boards to enhance classroom teaching.
- Train teachers on effectively integrating digital technology into their lessons.

**Government Scheme Awareness for Farmers and Villagers**:

- Design and deliver training programs to educate farmers and villagers about state and central government schemes.

**Support for Project Staff**:

- Collaborate with other project staff members to fulfill the project's holistic objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance on digital aspects to colleagues as needed.
- Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and training sessions.

**Digital Literacy Proficiency**:

- Stay up-to-date with digital advancements and emerging technologies.
- Adapt training content to suit the needs and capabilities of different target audiences.
- Encourage participants to adapt digital tools for everyday tasks and communication.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, Rural Development).
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in conducting digital training and community engagement.
- Familiarity with operating smart boards and educational technology.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of local languages to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Understanding of government schemes and policies related to rural development.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability to address the unique needs of rural learners.
- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and participant records.

**Requirements**:

- Laptop required for project management and reporting tasks.
- Prior experience working with NGOs or community development initiatives.
- Familiarity with local community dynamics and needs.
- Experience in integrating technology and digital solutions into training programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
