**Sales and Business Development**:

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

**Marketing Strategy and Campaigns**:
Develop marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and PR.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and customer support.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and business decisions.

**Sales Collateral and Materials**:
Develop sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, product sheets, and case studies.

Ensure sales materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Provide sales team with necessary tools and resources to effectively promote products/services.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to measure sales effectiveness.

Prepare sales and marketing reports, including forecasts, budgets, and sales pipelines.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, results, and strategies.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order processing, delivery, and customer service.

Participate in sales and marketing meetings, sharing insights, ideas, and best practices.

**Relationship Management and Networking**:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and generate leads.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.

Represent the company professionally and positively in external interactions.

**Continuous Learning and Professional Development**:
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and emerging sales and marketing techniques.

Continuously improve sales and marketing skills through training, workshops, and self-development.

**Salary**: ₹9,929.38 - ₹35,064.42 per month
