**Experience**:

- 10-13 Years- SAP S4 HANA Impentation is Experience is Must
- SAP S4 HANA Data Migration on Financial Objects expertise is must
- SAP S4 HANA field mapping Source to Target along with Transformation rules expertise is must
- SAP Data Migtaion activities like data cleansing, data mapping between S4 to Legacy, Microscot EXCEL expertise, Excel Vlookup Skills are must
- SAP S4 Hana Flori based data load and validation expertise and SAP LTMC, LTMOM Hands on working expertise is a must
- SAP FICO expertise in Financial design and Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of the build, system testing, and implementation phases of the project.
- Actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
- Lead the team in understanding AS-IS situation and designing and validating the To-Be design.
- Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Provide direct reports of ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Deliver the customer requirements within agreed timelines as well as adhere to SLAs agreed, driving the team for delivery excellence.
- Based on user requirements analysis, provide solutions to the customer which meet customer expectations, prepare functional designs, and system configuration, and perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed, business solution.
- Solution Architect for the Solution Team in SAP implementation and rollout projects or SAP support and maintenance projects.
- Collect the customer Business Process and Build different LOB requirements within agreed timelines as well adhering to SLAs agreed, driving the team for delivery excellence / Participate Governance (SteerCom) team.
- Drive or Mentor projects to prepare functional designs, and system configuration, perform relevant testing, and deployment of the designed, business solution.

**Required Technical Competencies**:

- **Customer Management -** In-depth understanding of customer business domain and technology suite.
- Able to use the latest technology, build it into client engagement, understand the customer business, handle customer escalations and pro-actively suggest solutions leading to additional business.
- **Projects Documentation -** In-depth understanding documentation involved in Project like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc.
- Able to build into require project documentation and can do a Peer review for team members project/module documents.
- **Domain and Industry Knowledge -** In-depth understanding customer's business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
- Create complex business models in line with customer requirements independently.
- Analyse current-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SME and present recommendations with tangible benefits.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation.
- **Functional Design -** Working knowledge of high-level scope analysis and solution design processes, implementation & integration approaches, and methods.
- Working knowledge of Building blocks that make up the solution for a given Business case.
- Able to identify key business drivers and translate into building blocks of solution and translate use cases into state / flow / use case diagrams with appropriate tools.
- Able to update existing design specifications if needed and provide inputs for design of technical components.
- Design data / volume of data for creating prototype and coordinate/ create process playbacks and prototype reviews with business owners and internal review team.
- **Requirement Gathering and Analysis -** Able to extract functional and non-functional requirements from business requirements and document a system / software requirements specification for medium to complex scenarios.
- Able to analyse the impact of change requested / enhancement / defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements and transition requirements for the engagement.
- Prototype / design a prototype (with the SMEs) of an example system that can be demonstrated to stakeholders.
