**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Perform Quality check of the case from available sources- Undertake event processing and assist with case review for errors, completeness and quality; liaising with teams to resolve discrepancies and encourage compliance with reporting timelines- Understanding the principles and concepts associated with the Patient Safety case handling process including regulatory requirements for single-case expedited reporting- Support the development of tools to help enhance understanding of pharmacovigilance at all levels across the organization- Check coding terms as per MedDRA guidelines- Do a root cause of errors and understand the corrections required for cases not accurately reviewed and data-based- Ensure integrity and completeness of data according to applicable regulations and guidelines- SOPs and project-specific guidelines.- Mentor less experienced/new staff members.**Past Experience**:
