**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop a strategic plan for the Faculty of Law, fostering academic excellence and aligning with the university's objectives.

2. Academic and Curriculum Development: Oversee law programs, ensuring their relevance and incorporating pedagogical innovations.

3. Faculty Development and Management: Recruit and support faculty members, promoting professional development and scholarly activities.

4. Student Engagement and Success: Enhance student experiences, address concerns, and promote a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

5. Research and Collaboration: Support faculty-led research, seek collaborative opportunities, and secure research funding.

6. Administrative and Financial Oversight: Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

7. Community and Alumni Engagement: Build relationships with alumni, legal professionals, and community organizations, enhancing the faculty's visibility and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctoral degree in Law or related field.
