**Position: Inside Sales Executive**
**Key Responsibilities:Inbound Lead Management**:
- Efficiently respond to and manage inbound sales queries, converting potential leads into customers. Ensure timely follow-up with inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
**Digital Sales**:
- Utilize various digital platforms to engage with potential clients, promote products/services, and close sales. Stay updated with the latest digital sales trends and strategies.
**B2B Sales**:
- Engage with other businesses to promote and sell products/services, understanding the unique needs and challenges of B2B clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers.
**Client Management**:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
**CRM (Customer Relationship Management)**:
- Use CRM tools to track interactions with potential and existing clients, ensuring all data is up-to-date. Analyze CRM data to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
**Lead Nurturing**:
- Engage with potential clients over time, providing them with relevant information and updates to move them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead nurturing campaigns.
**Lead Qualification**:
- Evaluate inbound leads to determine their potential value and fit for the company's offerings. Ensure that sales efforts are focused on the most promising leads.
**Meeting Sales Targets**:
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in sales strategy planning to improve performance and reach.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Organized and attentive to detail. Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
