Junior Associate

We are seeking dynamic Arts and Science freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Lease Administration team.

As a Junior Associate - Lease Admin, your responsibilities will include:
1. Lease Data Extraction: Extracting key information from the lease documents accurately and efficiently.

2. Data Analysis: Analyzing lease agreements to identify and abstract critical data points such as terms, conditions, and financial information.

3. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in lease abstraction processes.

4. Documentation: Maintaining detailed and organized documentation of abstracted lease data, ensuring compliance with company standards.

5. Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough quality checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of abstracted lease information.

6. Adaptability: Demonstrating flexibility in handling diverse lease agreements and adapting to changes in processes or client requirements.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and contribute to the success of lease abstraction projects.

8. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to lease abstraction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
