Job Description: Product Photographer

Position: Product Photographer

Summary: The Product Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images of products that accurately represent their appearance, features, and details. This position plays a critical role in creating compelling visual content for marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and other promotional materials. The Product Photographer collaborates closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the imagery aligns with the brand's vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Photography: Utilize professional photography equipment, lighting, and techniques to capture visually appealing images of various products. Ensure that the product images showcase the item's unique features, texture, and quality.

Photo Editing and Retouching: Edit and retouch product images to enhance their overall visual appeal, maintain consistency, and meet brand guidelines. This may involve color correction, background removal, cropping, and other post-processing tasks.

Studio Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain the photography studio, including arranging lighting equipment, backdrops, and any other necessary tools. Keep the studio organized and clean to ensure efficient and productive photography sessions.

Product Styling: Collaborate with the creative team to style products appropriately for photography, considering aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.

Quality Control: Ensure that all product images meet the company's quality standards and are in line with the brand's visual identity.

E-commerce Photography: Capture images specifically tailored for e-commerce platforms, adhering to the required specifications such as image size, resolution, and format.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative directors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver the desired visual content.

Deadline Management: Manage photography schedules and deliver projects within specified timelines. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of images for marketing campaigns and other initiatives.

Equipment Maintenance: Keep photography equipment in good working condition and report any issues or needs for replacements or repairs.

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in product photography to continually improve skills and offer innovative approaches to visual content creation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Product Photographer or in a related photography field.
- Proficiency in operating various photography equipment, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Strong understanding of photography principles, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Excellent photo editing and retouching skills using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of e-commerce photography standards and requirements is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing previous product photography work is highly desirable.

**Education**:
A degree in photography or a related field is preferred but not always necessary, as practical experience and a strong portfolio can also be considered.

This Product Photographer role is crucial in ensuring the visual representation of the company's products aligns with its brand identity and effectively engages customers. The ability to produce high-quality, compelling images that enhance the appeal of products is essential for success in this position.

**Salary**: ₹8,989.44 - ₹39,234.82 per month
