**Job Responsibilities:

- New BOM create in the SAP as per specification.
- Exiting BOM updated in the SAP as per last.
- I close the production order of the product which has been completed
- BMR & BPR attach in SAP with sign.
- Production planning schedule update in the SAP.
- Create new Production order of small order.
- PR generate of additional materials.
- Purchase Request verify of all ram & PM as per actual required qty. in the SAP.
- Arrange new formulation from production department for costing purpose.
- Discussed with Rohan for third party product readiness date.
- Follow up of RM & PM as per production planning from purchase department.
- Follow up of Finished Goods status from production department
- Arrange the RM & PM for third party.
- Arrange BMR/BPR & COA from production department.
- Discussed with Praveen for making invoice of readiness goods.
- Discussed with Praveen for create any new query in the SAP as per required.
- BMR/BPR & COA handover to DRA (Ankita mam) with sign Manmohan sir.
- Discussed with sales team for sales order qty. increase and decreases as per RM & pm availability.
- Discussed with QC department taking for materials & FG testing status.
- Update production date purchase good readiness date in SAP and Quotation Control Sheet.
