**We are one of the leading interiors company in Kerala with lots of valuable customers / client, we have an urgent requirement for position of Factory Supervisor.**

**Position : Factory Supervisor**

**Experience: Fresher/ Experienced**

**Education: Any Degree / Diploma/ ITI**

**Location: Thrissur**

**Roles & Responsbility**:

- Oversees and participates in repairs and improvements to facilities as needed.
- Supervises carpenters to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks.
- Install fixtures and apparatuses; repair and replace hardware.
- Coordinates and prioritizes shop and field work.
- Maintains paperwork as necessary for the operation of the carpentry department (may include time sheets, purchase orders, work orders, etc.).
- Constructs custom cabinetry and furniture as needed; repairs or modifies furniture as needed.
- Confirm to an established work schedule.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Assisting managers with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
- Conduct repair work and installation of modular cabinets and other fixtures as required.
- Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
