**About the Company -**

TCM Services Private Limited, is a team of young dynamic individuals who started up in 2016, our motive is to provide the best customer service to our clients globally. TCM Services currently owns three companies in the United States of America, and have their Shared Service Centre's based out of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

**About the Role -**

We are looking for a reliable Sales Professionals for our US-based operations. Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, promoting and selling and maintaining sales goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities -**
- Cultivate new sales lead to establishing business via cold calling, networking, etc.
- Ability to identify customer's requirements and clearly communicate the product offerings to match their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increase the portfolio value of existing customers.
- Conversion of qualified leads into customers.
- Responsible for negotiation & pricing closure.
- Finding and developing new markets to improve sales.

Achieve individual, team, and company goals

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 0-2yrs experience relevant to sales
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision making skills
- BPO experience would be an added advantage
- Should be willing to work in Night Shift

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
