SiteRecon is helping enterprise customers in the US to scale their sales teams by automating a key part of the process. We are working with property maintenance contractors and automating property mapping and site visits through our mapping platform, giving back time, speeding up their sales process, and increasing their profitability. **About Product**:
SiteRecon is the Amazon + Google Docs combination for maps. Users place an order to create a map. State-of-the-art AI does our data delivery with a humans-in-the-loop pipeline. This becomes the base map to make survey notes, operations plans, cost estimates, etc.

**About the Market**:
United States, Canada, and Australia. The combined size of Industry in these 3 countries alone makes up a staggering $140B.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support the Accounting & Finance Team with proper accounting, bills, and other requirements
- Think critically when doing accounting for the company
- Doing leave accounting for the employees on monthly basis as per the Salary Cycle
- Help Accounting & Finance Team with details of discontinued employees for full and final
- Maintaining Accounts in Tally, Assist Filing of GST Returns
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
- Summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
- Accounts finalization
- Booking Keeping, Accounting of Purchase & Sales Bill & Invoices
- Verification of debit balances Filing, accuracy & authenticity of bills
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines
- Support general accounting functions including month-end close, preparation of journal entries, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- ROC compliances, ESI, PF, Professional tax compliances
- Complete taxation work including Audits like Tax audits, Statutory Audits, Accounting etc
- Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information provided by employees

**What do we look for?**
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added advantage
- Thorough knowledge of GST and Income Tax (from preparation to submission)
- B.Com graduate with a willingness to understand conceptually and work proactively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google/Adobe enterprise solutions
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with GST Filing, TDS, and Taxation
- Basic understanding of relevant tax/accounting concepts
- Adept in understanding and using IT environment and tools available
