**Job brief**

We are looking for customer care executives for our various branches in Mumbai and customer care centre who can handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all incoming calls from the customers.
- Pleasantly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve their issues.
- Maintain details of enquiries,comments and complaints on CRM.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Maintain customer database on CRM.
- HSC Passed or Any Graduate
- Should have minimum 6 months experience. Fresher’s can also apply.
- Good communication skills
- verbal and written (English and Hindi).
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

**Interview Time**: 12 pm to 3 pm

**Salary**: ₹10,699.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
