**Job Overview**:
As a UX Designer at Source.One, you’ll be closely involved with the Product team translating business requirements/ideas and turning them into reality. You will be responsible for assisting the team in driving Source—one’s brand identity to newer heights.

**Create**:

- Leverage various design thinking methods such as user research, persona modeling, customer journey mapping, scenario storyboarding, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing to provide experience design solutions.
- Working closely with the Product team to fulfill their design requirements & dependencies like user flows, wireframes, prototypes & mockups.

**Nurture**
- Demonstrate excellence in presenting designs and defending solutions with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure the designs are implemented perfectly.
- Ensure consistency in the company’s design language across all platforms.

**Manage**
- You are someone who is passionate about design & takes initiative to give the best experience to their users.
- You can think about design from tactical and strategic points of view.
- You are focused, highly driven, able to handle multiple priorities, and efficient.
- You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details, problem-solving skills, and a continuous drive for innovation and excellence in design.
- You have a willingness to learn and an action-oriented approach.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 1+ years of experience in User Experience design or related fields or 2+ years of education in UX, Digital Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related fields.
- A portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and communicate visually, focusing on design process overview, and showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficient in web & mobile design, visual design, and wireframing tools.
- Proficient in working with the company's design system and component library.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
