**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA**):
**Website Audit**
- Check all pages on a daily basis and update with relevant content
- Coordinate with respective teams for additional page requirements and updates.
- Run user end testing on a regular basis to identify any bugs.
- Regular update of website content

**Membership Card Allocation**
- Collect and export user data’s on a daily basis
- Allocate membership card to the collected database

**_Additional Duty_**

**Tele Calling**
- Cross check / follow ups on the missing data’s for membership cards
- Train and support tele calling team as and when needed

**Skills**

Well versed with Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication skills

Content management
