**Preschool Teacher Duties & Responsibilities**
Feel a sense of accomplishment as you hear the laughter and experience the wonder of children participating in activities you planned
Observe children’s interests and work with co-workers to develop creative ideas for engaging curriculum
Record and share children’s triumphs and progress with parents, relating that continued safety and attention to their individual basic care needs is a top priority.
Communicate with parents on a daily basis, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions
Provide leadership and work as a team member to provide a safe and secure environment to enhance a child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual development
Work with a unique blend of new and returning children daily
Feel a sense of accomplishment as you hear the laughs and see the joy of the children participating in activities you helped plan
Develop creative hands-on activities and projects based on your observations of children’s interests and skills
Communicate with parents daily to share their child’s latest achievements
Implement curriculum to support children’s learning and development in all domains of well-being (cognitive, physical, social, and emotional)

Desired experience for includes:
Will be expected to clean and maintain equipment and facility, and may move throughout the community with the children
Must be detail-oriented when filling out daily contact sheets for parents and when assisting fieldwork students with questions and concerns

24+ months' working with children ages 3-5 years in a licensed childcare facility
Reached 18 years of age
Coursework (minimum 6 credits hours) in early childhood education or child development or a CDA

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
