Production Chemist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize formulations for pesticides, growth promoters, and other agricultural products.
- Collaborate with the production team to scale up recipes from lab to production scale, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and supervise the production process to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks at various stages of production to ensure product consistency and efficacy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, production processes, and quality control results.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in agricultural chemistry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety and environmental protocols in the production area.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven experience in formulation development and production in the agrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural pesticides, growth promoters, and related products.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
