**Job Title: Showroom Sales Representative - Interior Hardware Solutions**

- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the interior hardware solutions offered by the company.

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist showroom visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Engage customers in product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Sales Presentation**:

- Effectively present and communicate the value proposition of interior hardware solutions to potential customers.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Quotations and Pricing**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Implement strategies to drive increased sales performance.
- **Market Trends Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Contribute to the overall presentation and visual appeal of the showroom.
- Arrange product displays to attract and engage customers.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and sales promotions.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives and departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in showroom sales, specifically in interior hardware solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and hardware products.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and a proactive approach to sales.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
