We are Hising Accounts Executive For Leading AGRO Limited in Dindugal.As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial transactions, including recording, reconciling, and reporting. Your role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting financial reporting. This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Manage customer invoicing and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Assist in the preparation of journal entries and maintenance of the general ledger.
- Ensure proper coding and classification of financial transactions.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Expense Management**:

- Monitor and control expenses by reviewing and processing employee expense reports.
- Analyze expense trends and report findings to management.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in tax-related activities, including filing returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations.
- **Audit Support**:

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Familiarity with accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proven Experience in Gst Filing,TDS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based work with regular working hours.
- Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
