**Recruiter:
**Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing a thorough understanding of job roles and clients by researching via online and offline sources.
- Mass mailing and job postings for all the job roles
- Technical recruitment will be a major part of the portfolio.

**Client Anchor:
**Position Purpose - **The Client Anchor/Key Accounts Specialist will be responsible for Client Acquisition, Retention, and end to end Job Role coordination. This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst contributing to long term goals of Technoscience.

**Reporting Line - **The position reports to theTeam Heads/CEO

**New Role Addition - **The position will be responsible to add new roles from the current clients and new clients with the ultimate goal of meeting the respective monthly revenue target.

**New Client Addition - **Add new Clients in order to expand the current client base which will additionally help to ensure the organization at any given point of time has adequate roles to work on with the ultimate goal of meeting the respective monthly revenue target.

**The CA/Key Accounts Specialist concurrently plays 3 key roles**:
1. People manager: Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

2. Client manager: Strategically foster Client engagement.

3. Client Acquisition: Acquiring new Clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To bridge the gap between Clients and internal stakeholders, take the role downloads and assign the roles to various teams/recruiters, ICs (Individual Contributors)
- To prioritize the high value roles without ignoring the junior roles. Distribution of the roles in terms of value should be even between teams and ICs.
- Maintain the client tracker
- Ensure that Turn-around time given by the Clients should be met for all the Roles.
- Organize and lead review meetings with the team heads, ICs
- Ensure proactive collaboration between Client HR managers and Team Managers to provide end to end co-ordination for scheduled interviews to facilitate the recruitment activity.
- Client Anchor should close the roles in the expected TAT (Turn around Time)
- Client anchor should check on the hiring forecast of the client.
- Stakeholder management
- need to work with the finance team for updating revenue, check client agreements and client onboardings, collaborate with the team heads, team managers and ICs for role allocation and timely deliveries, meetings with the CEO for revenue forecast reports and ongoing performance of the clients
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's client base and ensures its strong presence.
- Execute meticulous client co-ordination to avoid escalations at all the levels, as much as possible.
