- Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Regular posting, monitoring of social media posts - Maintaining social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. Knowledge about Pinterest and Quora would help.
- Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Be in tune with latest digital trends like Google algorithm updates and other third party analytics tools
- Marketing specialization in social media domain
- Excellent writing skills (strong English knowledge)
- Know-how and knowledge of best social media practices
- Should be able to build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging and audience identification
- Achieve organizational alignment & resources with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, hands-on work environment.
- Should research social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience : 0-2 years’ experience in social media field
- Sound knowledge of the digital marketing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Team player - Creative - Keen eye for detail Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
