Internship Opportunity**:Project Intern (Python Knowledge is Required)**

Location: Kunnamkulam, Thrissur (Back Office of Al Safwan Marine, UAE)

Duration: 6 Months

About the Role:
Al Safwan Marine, a leading UAE-based company located in Sharjah, is hiring Project Interns for its back office in Kunnamkulam, Thrissur. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced professionals. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a **Experience Certificate** of Internship Completion.

Position Title: Project Intern (Python Knowledge is Required)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. **Project Support**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project tasks.
- Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with ship agents for project planning.

2. **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for project activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure all documents comply with company standards.

3. **Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for task alignment.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information.
- Respond to queries and provide project updates.

4. **Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct research and gather data related to the project.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

5. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Support logístical arrangements.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Management, or Business Administration).
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in **Python**(preferred).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (**Excel, Word, PowerPoint**).
- Soft Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
