As a Junior Sales Executive at Studymedic Academy Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational services and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as online research, social media, referrals, and events.

**Prospect Engagement**: Initiate contact with leads, establish rapport, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of Studymedic Academy's educational offerings.

**Consultative Selling**: Understand the needs, goals, and challenges of potential customers. Tailor product offerings to match their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Studymedic Academy's courses, programs, and services. Be able to explain their features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.

**Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase the value proposition of Studymedic Academy. Address questions and objections effectively.

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups to keep them engaged and interested.

**Sales Quotas**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide insights to enhance our sales strategies.

**CRM Management**: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and customers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall company growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience or relevant internship is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational services or the healthcare field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
