**To be successful, you will possess**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** teaching JEE (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to connect with students and effectively explain complex topics.

- **The ability to create engaging and effective learning materials**.
