**Eligibility Criteria**:Bachelor degree of agriculture/Agribusiness Management/ Rural Marketing/ PGDRM or equivalent with a 3 Year work experiences.

**Job Description/ Responsibilities: -**
- Explore and pursue opportunity to support and expend operation of the FPC.
- Generating the business from various marketing platform.
- Develop Business plan.
- Business lead Generate.
- Backward and Forward Linkages (Ag. Commodities)
- Ensure& increase the top line (Business turnover) and bottom line (Net Profit).
- working relationship of business community.
- Mobilizing farmers community producer company.
- Business development and ensure profitability for the producers.
- Managing the day-to-day affairs of the producer company.
