Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Data Entry Record Maintenance**: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data and information in the company's databases and systems.
- ** Documentation**: Prepare, organize, and manage office documents, including reports, invoices, memos, and other records.
- ** Internal Communication**: Facilitate communication between various departments and ensure that relevant information is shared promptly.
- ** Support to Other Departments**: Provide administrative support to finance, HR, sales, and other departments when needed.
- ** Inventory Management**: Keep track of office supplies, maintain inventory records, and place orders when necessary.
- ** Scheduling Calendar Management**: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- ** Compliance Record Keeping**: Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive documents securely.
- ** Database Management**: Update and maintain customer, vendor, and employee databases accurately.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Any bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
- ** Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in back office or administrative support.
- ** Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
