Our product is design & measurement oriented which requires an in-depth understanding of not only client requirements but our materials as well. Our ideal inside sales executive needs to be a leader of the conversations equipped with all the tools required to win sales discussions. We will be responsible for the training and overall support.

**Job Profile**:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads (B2B and B2C).
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via WhatsApp.
- Thorough understanding of materials
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Understanding product customization requirements and foreseeing possible implications before execution.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Fresh graduates from any discipline or upto 1 year experience
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Khemani Area,, Ulhasnagar - 421002, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
