**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chakan for a QC Coating/Painting Inspector at NRS AS. The QC Coating/Painting Inspector will be responsible for inspecting coatings and the painting process for construction equipment. The inspector will work closely with other team members to ensure the quality of the equipment.
**Qualifications**
As a QC Coating/Painting Inspector at NRS Bridge Construction India Private Limited, your role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality coating and painting on our projects. You will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing project paint specifications to ensure full compliance.
- Preparation of painting procedures and paint material technical sheets.
- Raising indents for painting materials and assisting in the procurement process.
- Controlling the storage and certification of painting consumables, including inspection upon receipt.
- Conducting qualifications of coating processes.
- Monitoring and controlling all contractor and subcontractor inspection activities related to surface preparation, blasting, and painting.
- Performing tests such as holiday tests and adhesion tests to verify coating quality.
- Ensuring correct color-coding and painting on all projects.
- Collaborating with third-party inspection teams for quality checks, including visual inspection, holiday testing, adhesion testing, and dry film thickness (DFT) measurements.
- Managing the overall operation of the painting department.
- Being prepared to work at our Murbad, Kalyan location.
- Immediate availability for joining the team.
**Qualifications**:
Diploma/BE/B.Tech/ITI
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
