Club Trainer

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Training & Instruction**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group fitness training sessions.
- Assist members in reaching individual fitness goals.

**2. Facility Maintenance**:

- Perform daily checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Keep workout areas clean and organized by directing or instructing cleaning staff as required. Report any unclean or unsafe conditions to management and/or cleaning staff

**3. Customer Engagement**:

- Act as a relationship manager for assigned clients.
- Promote additional services like pool access or personal training.

**4. Collections**:

- Help in collecting monthly dues from customers by stopping non-members using facilities, reporting members who haven’t paid fees to management (Trainers donot need to talk fees to members unless given clear written instructions)

**5. Marketing Support**:

- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions.

**6. Logistics**:

- Manage or assist in scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks.

**7. Environmental Care**:

- Maintain a clean and organized environment within the club.
- Responsible for turning off lights, ACs, and ensuring club property is secure.

**8. Training**:

- Attend mandatory training programs offered by the club.

**9. Other Duties**:

- Perform other duties as may arise and as may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified in personal training from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of fitness club operations.
- Strong customer service skills.

**Terms and Conditions**:

- This role may include early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts.
- Expected to adhere strictly to the club's policies and procedures.

**Compensation**:

- Salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
