**Lead Generation & Sales**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and close sales deals over the phone.
- Retain and manage relationships with existing customers.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
- Provide quick solutions to customer queries and possess excellent product knowledge.
- Follow up on orders, update inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Sales Operations**:
- Source new sales opportunities through leads and cold calls.
- Inform customers about new products and offers.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide after-sales support.
- Submit monthly sales reports and facilitate virtual project walkthroughs.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Confident, team player with excellent follow-up skills.
- Patience and ability to handle rejections.
