**Roles and Responsibilities**

1.Delivery of Required Quantity with Desired Quality Specs at Appropriate Time of F&V
2.Improve margins and sourcing efficiency for State
3To reduce cost of wastage by improving F&V handling practices at CCs/Mahdi
4.Viability in procurement cost based on forecasting, seasonality and efficiency within the system.
5.Shall ensure that procurement plans are in place for all Collection Centres in the State
6.Shall allocate the sourcing plan over the Collection Centres for optimum flow of Fruits & Vegetables across the state by establishing robust MIS system.
7.To remain in touch with the State Collection Centres In-charges (F&V) of the adjoining state for cross movements of F&V between the state
8.Shall be in constant touch with the product heads and the strategic location in charges for flow of F&V into and from his state.
9.Ensure that the SOPs and Quality Standard in the Collection Centres are adhered.
10.To establish norms for cost effective procurement from Collection Centers compared to that from Mandi
11.To put in systems & processes in order to ensure long term relationship with RR Stores
12.Administer customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Agriculture
- Experience in managing Fruits and Vegetables as product
- 5+ years of experience in Fruits and Vegetables category management.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
