**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Insurance Case Management**: Handle all aspects of insurance cases, including verification, authorization, and coordination of benefits, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance-related inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information on coverage, claims, and billing matters.
- **Insurance Company Liaison**: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with insurance providers, negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and optimizing reimbursement rates.
- **Claims Processing**: Oversee the end-to-end process of claims submission, tracking, and follow-up, collaborating with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to insurance and TPA operations, ensuring full compliance in all activities.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions, claims status, and correspondence, utilizing relevant software systems and tools for efficient data management.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to insurance operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance, billing, and patient services, to streamline processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to staff members on insurance protocols, procedures, and software systems, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a TPA role within the hospital or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes, including verification, authorization, claims submission, and reimbursement.
Timing:
- 10 am to 6 pm ( Mon to Sat)
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
