Job Title: STEM Trainer & Outreach Presenter

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training sessions for educators on our STEM programs and ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver engaging lessons.

Demonstrate our STEM programs to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.

Prepare and deliver presentations to educators, school administrators, and potential partners to promote our STEM solutions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business development efforts and achieve sales targets.

Travel to various locations as needed to conduct training sessions and demonstrations, building strong relationships with clients.

Assist in the development and improvement of training materials and program content based on feedback.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in STEM education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into training sessions.

Provide technical support to educators and clients, addressing any queries or challenges they may encounter during the implementation of STEM programs.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training and demonstration strategies with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Computers, and a Diploma in Computer Science.

Strong proficiency in computer skills and a deep understanding of STEM concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

Proven ability to train and educate others effectively.

Demonstrated experience in conducting presentations and demonstrations to clients or stakeholders.

Willingness to travel to different locations for training and client demonstrations.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Passionate about STEM education and inspiring students and educators in the field.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the success of the team.

Package:
The salary package for this position ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Working Days:
The position requires working 6 days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate training and demonstration schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Fixed shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
