As an Import/Export Coordinator, your role will be crucial in facilitating the smooth movement of goods and materials across international borders. You will be responsible for managing import and export processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping logistics.

Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export laws to ensure compliance.

Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.

Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Track shipments and communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status, delays, and delivery schedules.

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, customs clearance, and documentation.

Work closely with procurement, sales, and production teams to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Optimize import/export processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Maintain accurate records of import/export activities, including shipping details, costs, and compliance documentation.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams on import/export regulations, procedures, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Import/Export Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

Familiarity with Incoterms, customs tariff codes, and trade agreements is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using shipping software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
