Job Description - Lecturer Psychologist cum Admission Counselor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Teaching and Academic Support:

- Conduct engaging lectures and seminars in psychology, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and deliver curriculum materials aligned with academic standards.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their psychological and academic needs.

2. Psychological Counseling
- Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional, social, and psychological concerns.
- Implement strategies to enhance students' mental well-being and resilience.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and support staff to create a holistic support system for students.

3. Admission Counseling
- Guide prospective students through the admission process, providing information on academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
- Conduct admission interviews and assessments to evaluate students' suitability for the institution.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the admission process and contribute to the development of admission strategies.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field.
- Certification in counseling or clinical psychology.
- Familiarity with admission processes and counseling in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Empathy, understanding, and a compassionate approach in dealing with students' psychological concerns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
