**Position: International Semi-Voice Process Associate**

**Job Location: Aruppukottai, TamilNadu, IN**

**Shift Timing: Night Shift**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage semi-voice process interactions with international clients professionally and efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with product/service-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Uphold high-quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and records.
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably, prior experience in a customer service or semi-voice process role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

**Education**:

- Any Degree with Good Communication skills
