**Job Overview**:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations in the construction equipment industry. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. This leadership role will require a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to driving profitability and sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy**: Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- **Financial Reporting**: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain financial stability and optimize liquidity.
- **Investment Analysis**: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to drive growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate financial performance and strategy to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- **Cost Management**: Analyze operational costs and implement strategies for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
- **Experience**: 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,425.13 - ₹174,250.54 per month
