**Videographer & Photographer**: Goa Institute of Management (GIM) is seeking a talented and Creative Videographer & Photographer to join our Marketing and Communications / Admissions team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Event Coverage: Capture video footage and pictures of major events such as convocations, cultural festivals, guest lectures, workshops, and other campus activities.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content for promotional campaigns, including admissions videos, student testimonials, etc.
- Post-Production: Edit and produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the intended message and adhere to GIM’s branding guidelines.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition and ready for use.
- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and enhance GIM’s brand image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, faculty, and students to understand their video production needs and deliver content that meets their expectations.
- Social Media: Create short videos optimized for social media platforms
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video production to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of GIM’s video content.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in Film Production/Cinematography/ Multimedia/ or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creative storytelling and visual composition skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
