**Job Description**:

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts and solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare and present architectural designs, including sketches, drawings, and 3D visualizations, using relevant software tools and techniques.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide professional recommendations.
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and industry trends to ensure the integration of innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of materials, finishes, and furnishings, in line with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Support senior architects in project management tasks, such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas through sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
- Solid understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as an architect is preferred.
