**SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES**

1. Promote Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and sustainable low-cost technologies among FPO members.

2. Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and identify areas for capacity building in sustainable agriculture practices.

3. Coordinate training sessions for FPO Board of Directors (BODs) and farmers on GAP and post-harvest management practices.

4. Provide on-field guidance to FPO members on GAP.

5. Ensure maintenance of farmer diaries and transaction records.

6. Guide FPOs in their agricultural input business and promote sustainable inputs.

7. Orient farmers about low-cost sustainable technology and link them with available subsidy schemes.

8. Document case studies, best practices, and success stories.

9. Conduct baseline and related studies as necessary.

10. Collect and analyze crop data for FPO members to enhance production and productivity.

11. Develop commodity value chain approaches for FPOs.

12. Organize capacity building programs as needed.

13. Liaise with stakeholders such as KVKs, agriculture extension officers, and value chain players.

14. Participate in donor visits, meetings, and workshops to share project learnings.

15. Coordinate with Project Manager/District Coordination for review and planning.

16. Prepare and submit progress reports and plans (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually).

17. Monitor FPO business plans and provide guidance for target achievement.

18. Develop business development proposals and roadmaps for FPOs.

19. Establish linkages with stakeholders and facilitate market connections.

20. Collaborate with government and private entities for capacity building events.

21. Conduct field visits to assess cropping patterns and facilitate market links.

22. Assist in acquiring necessary licenses and participate in Board of Directors meetings.

23. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
