As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to oversee our factory electricals.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our factory maintenance team in Thane, Maharashtra. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the factory. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining electrical standards and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the factory.
- Inspect electrical components, such as wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and transformers, for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems using testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Test electrical systems and equipment for proper functionality and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Replace or repair faulty electrical components, such as motors, switches, relays, and control panels, as needed.
- Follow electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines to ensure the safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team and production staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI/NCTVT certification in Electrical Trade.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
