Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads.
Perform keyword research, set up ad groups, and create compelling ad copy.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance, including landing page optimization.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure cost-effective results.
Track key metrics like impressions, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per conversion.
Facebook Ads Campaign Management:
Develop and execute Facebook Ads campaigns targeting specific audiences.
Create engaging ad creatives and copy tailored to audience segments.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve conversions and engagement.
Utilize Facebook Pixel and custom audiences for remarketing strategies.
Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and report on ad performance, providing detailed insights on campaign results.
Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to track conversions, and analyze user behavior.
Provide recommendations for campaign adjustments and improvements.
Generate weekly/monthly reports outlining key metrics and actionable insights.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Conduct audience research to identify and refine target demographics.
Develop audience personas and utilize advanced targeting options to reach the right audience.
Implement retargeting and lookalike audiences to increase conversion opportunities.
Budget Management:
Plan and manage advertising budgets across campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency.
Allocate resources based on performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Adjust spend based on real-time campaign performance and business goals.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep up to date with the latest Google Ads and Facebook Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Test new advertising formats and features to stay ahead of competitors.
Continuously learn and adopt new strategies to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (1+ years) managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred.
Strong understanding of PPC advertising, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
Experience with keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc.).
Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
