**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in algebra, calculus, trigonometry, geometry, statistics, and other advanced math topics.
- Align teaching methods with the prescribed syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, IB, or others).
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, encouraging respect and curiosity among students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare question papers and assignments, and conduct tests and exams.
- Evaluate students' progress and provide timely feedback.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Encourage critical thinking and a growth mindset in mathematical problem-solving.
- Provide extra guidance and support for students needing additional help.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and meetings to stay updated on teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
- **Parent and Administration Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents about students' academic progress.
- Coordinate with the school administration to ensure smooth classroom functioning.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Participate in and organize math-related activities, such as quizzes, Olympiads, and workshops.
- Guide students in project work and advanced studies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
