- **Key Responsibilities**:The Manager HR will be responsible for East and North India Service HR, supporting for the below;**

- To effectively contribute to People Processes at the Service Centers across the Zones - Pan India
- To help resolution of employee Grievance handling & give HR Support to the Zonal Heads of Service & Projects team
- To help ensure harmonious working environment and resolve potential HR related issues for Field Engineers.
- To support, implement & improve statutory compliance framework.
- To help improve productivity of Field engineers.

**Employee Relations**
- Ensuring proactive addressing of HR Issues for all Employees and appropriate coordination with stakeholders for a positive workplace
- Drive Reward & Recognition schemes for all category of employees - Devise and roll out schemes to create and encourage an appreciation culture at site.
- Coordinate for Annual Employee Engagement Survey, help facilitate the survey, drive to maximize the participation, extend support to site leaders to give feedback to the teams.
- Driving employee welfare activities - Identify opportunities to enhance employee welfare.

**HR Operations**
- Support HR Operations - Onboarding, Payroll, Compliance, Employee documentation in coordination with the 3P Manpower vendors
- Payroll Processing - Consolidate payroll input for the 3P Employees.
- 3P Employee’s attendance Recording system and linking the same to payroll inputs.
- Support Training & Development Initiatives by creating training Calendar in coordination with Tech & Training team for Service & Projects
- Support for Exit Formalities for Employees

**Recruitment**
- Work closely with Zonal Heads & State Heads for seamless resource planning
- Onboarding Process management

**Contract Labor / 3P Management**:

- Driving contract labour management system and related compliance activities
- Standardize procedures for contract labour right from recruitment to exit.
- Documentation which needs to be ensured against each case.
- Ensure compliance for each State Office in the role of Principal Employer and along with the Contractors, Agreements with the contractors
- Billing / Invoice processing monthly after validation of all statutory points
- Annual increments to contract workers, if eligible

**Statutory Compliance**:

- Ensuring statutory compliances at the State Offices - Handle compliance activities under all applicable acts at all states as follows:

- Shops & Establishment Act
- Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act
- PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Equal Remuneration, Maternity Benefit Act, Labour welfare fund, Professional Tax, etc.
- Industrial Disputes & Industrial Standing Orders
- Should have experience in HR Processes concerning workmen / Off role Employees.
- Should be fluent in English & minimum 2 Vernacular languages an added advantage.
